14 Day Right to Cancel

In the UK when you buy online you have a right to inspect the goods, change your mind and return them. As required by law a paper copy of our terms is enclosed with your order to explain how these rights work. It is worth noting your right to cancel ends if you use the goods.

Checking the fitting

Please take care to avoid scratching your Optivizor whilst checking the fitting in case you need to exchange it for a different size.

Exchanges

If you think you need a different size please contact us for assistance. We have over 10 years of experience helping customers find the right size for their doggie.

30 Days for Standard Returns

In addition to your statutory rights we offer a full refund excluding delivery for any Optivizor returned to us within 30 days in as-new condition with nothing trimmed off or damaged.

Condition of Standard Returns

We do not mind the occasional nose smudge or dog hair but if no effort has been made to return goods in a clean condition or they are scratched or damaged we are unlikely to accept your return. It is your responsibility to take care of them.

Before sending back

To avoid disappointment please check the condition of your Optivizor before asking for an exchange or return. If you tell us about any minor damage before sending it back we may be able to accept it with a reduction in your refund amount.

Return delivery costs are not included.

Refunds for Delivery

Delivery costs are not refunded. However for returns made under your right to cancel you are entitled to receive a refund of the cheapest postage option that was offered to you at the time of ordering.

Refund Processing

We will let you know when we have received your return. If approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
